Kendall U14 wins on last minute goal

Winning in dramatic fashion, Kendall scored in the final minute to nip visiting Spencerport 2-1 this evening in a Rochester District Soccer League girls U14 Division game.

Maddy Schuler scored with less than a minute to go, off an assist from Jenna LoSapio, to earn Kendall the victory.

Schuler also scored Kendall’s first goal in the opening 10 minutes of the game off an assist from Taylor ReQua.

“It was a great game,” said Kendall Coach Jason ReQua.

The victory boosts Kendall’s record to 5-2-4.

Kendall next hosts the Cobras at 6:30 p.m. Friday in the season finale.
