Having lost 14 players to graduation, Roy-Hart is facing a bit of a rebuilding project heading into the Niagara-Orleans League boys soccer season.

Seniors Sam White (goalie), Jesus Campos (midfield), Bailey (Hudson (forward), James DiLorenzo (forward), Joe Frazier (defender), Colton Spicer (defender) and Josh Baptiste (forward) provide the experience for the Rams who are also counting on junior midfielders Andrew Villella and John Stoddard.

“I hope we keep going the way we’ve been practicing as we’re really working well together as a unit,” said Coach Barry Webber. “We are working together as a nice group but we did lose a lot though so it is a classic rebuilding job.”

The Rams losses include goalie Maine Walker, defenders Ben Werth and Will Johnson, midfielder Lyle Wagner and forwards Hans Johnson and Alex Stoddard.

Will Johnson, Wagner and Stoddard all earned second team N-O All-League honors.

Roy-Hart went 5-6-1 in N-O competition last fall.

The Rams will open the season at the Holley Tournament on September 4 and 6, facing the host Hawks in the opening round, before beginning N-O competition at home on September 8 against Newfane.
