A quartet of returning regulars provides a good nucleus for the Lyndonville varsity volleyball squad which is prepping for the September 2 non league home opener against Roy-Hart.

Seniors Morgan Hungerford, Hayley Wetherbee, Jenna Preston and junior Cierra Riley anchor the Lyndonville lineup.

Juniors Sam Raduns and Jessica Harling look to help round out the starting unit.

“We lost six seniors to graduation but I’m really happy with the core group we have back,” said Coach Kevin Laskey. “They’re coming together real well and are playing well together as a team. They look pretty solid.”

The Lady Tigers will open the G-R season on September 8 at Pembroke.
